Fulfillment

The Babaloo Ltd. shopping site is fulfilled by Babaloo Ltd., their name will appear on your credit card statement.

Mainland UK & Northern Ireland delivery. Now includes Republic of Ireland (Eire) & Channel Islands.

We aim to prepare your order within one working week of receipt and deliver your goods within the following 3 working weeks. However please allow one further week in case of any unforeseen delays.

Please note on some occasions, products may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be dispatched, or we will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the stock is due to arrive.

Payment will be taken when the order is placed, as this is how the PayPal payment system works.

Delivery charges

Our charges vary depending on the amount spent on an order. Charges are as follows:

Upto £12.00 = £1.00

£150.00+ = NO CHARGE

Express Delivery (Mainland UK only)

If you would like your goods to arrive the next working day, please contact us directly to make arrangements. NB. this only applies to orders made before 12.30pm. Express orders placed after 12.30pm on a Friday or over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday before 12.30pm will be delivered the following Monday, unless you are advised otherwise. Express deliveries usually require a signature.

Overseas Orders

We’ll gladly send your order to an overseas destination, however this will incur extra charges which need to be worked out on an order-by-order basis, depending on the size, weight and destination of the order

If the order is to be sent outside UK Mainland, it is essential that you contact us prior to placing your order so that we can advise you of how much extra you will need to pay. If you fail to contact us, it is possible that your order will be cancelled and the money refunded without warning.
